Dispatch times

Periods of high online demand such as CyberDay, CyberMonday, BlackFriday have the following particularities and conditions that the client declares to be aware of and accept.

The delivery time for these events could be extended up to 15 business days, although we will always try to do it in the shortest time possible.

The transport company could deliver large orders that are in different packages on different days.

As we ship to all of Chile, shipping times vary depending on the region and area.*

*Dispatch times may be affected by unexpected events such as road closures, national problems, natural disasters, etc.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. In some places they can also be delivered on Saturdays.
