We would like to inform you that all orders placed through our website are assembled within a maximum of 24 business hours from the confirmation of the purchase, under normal circumstances.
However, it's important to note that our preparation and shipping times may vary depending on demand and product availability. We also want to emphasize that if any unforeseen delays occur in the assembly or shipping of your order and exceed the established timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery times on special dates
During periods of high online demand, such as Black Friday, CyberMonday, and other similar events , our processes may experience significant variations.
During these times of massive discounts:

The delivery time for these events could be extended up to 15 business days , although every effort will be made to complete them in the shortest possible time.

The transport company could deliver large orders that come in different packages on different days.

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. In some locations, Saturday deliveries are also available.
