Learn how to prepare delicious vegan cookies with maqui (RECIPE)

On this cold Sunday I just feel like lying in bed watching Netflix and enjoying a coffee with cookies 🍪, so I'm sharing these crunchy delights that are very easy to make 😍🍃
🍃1 cup gluten-free oat flour.
🍃1/3 cup chickpea flour.
🍃1/3 cup brown sugar.
🍃1/3 cup of coconut oil (I used Brota's).
🍃1/3 cup of vegetable drink (I used vanilla-flavored soy).
🍃1 tsp vanilla essence.
🍃1 cda of almond butter.
🍃1/4 tsp baking soda.
🍃1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar .
🍃2 tsp maqui (I used the Brota one)
🍂In a bowl we add all the dry ingredients except the maqui, then in another bowl we add all the wet ingredients and mix.
🍂We add the mixture of wet ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix well, then we separate the mixture into two and one we add 2 tsp of maqui powder.
🍂With our oiled hands we make balls with a little mixture with and without makeup, then we leave them on a non-stick sheet and put them in the preheated oven for 20-30 min at 180ºC.
